Leading and working in teams means you must know how to leverage the Enneagram to help you work through issues, motivate, and lead your team well. The workshop takes participants through all areas of the Enneagram. It focuses on how they can apply it to real-world situations with team members, customers, vendors, and even family members! Participants open up and have honest and vulnerable conversations about motivations and working through conflict.
